It is presumed that you have first read and agreed to the current Terms and Conditions.

I am an applicant for camp with Inspire Me, Inc. d.b.a. Young Actors Camp a.k.a. Summer Camp for the Young Actor and acknowledge and agree to the following conditions binding upon myself, and upon my parents or guardian if I am a minor, and upon Young Actors Camp (YAC)

1) YAC is responsible only for the acts or omissions of it's employees.

2) Each camp duration begins with the pick-up of the participant and ends at the drop-off of the participant as designated per the flight schedule given to YAC prior to arrival.

3) I understand that I can be sent home at anytime for reasons which appear to be valid at the sole judgment of YAC employees. YAC shall have the right to, without refund to, send home (on notice to parent or guardian for minors), at his/her own expense, and without escort, any participant who does not adhere to YAC rules and regulations, or who infringes upon others' enjoyment of the camp. I agree to release YAC, it's agents and employees from all the claims arising out of such events, acts or omissions.

4) YAC is not responsible for me when I am absent from YAC scheduled activities. I accepted any liability for any financial obligations incurred by me, or any damage or injury caused by me while on at YAC.

5) If I become ill, injured or incapacitated during my time with YAC, YAC will do whatever it deems necessary to preserve my health and safety including, without limitation, obtaining medical treatment for me at my expense, and/or transporting me at my own or my parents' expense back to my home for medical reasons. I agree to pay or reimburse any extra expenses incurred n my behalf by my group leader or other group members for other reasons. I also understand travelers insurance is available through YAC's insurance provider.

6) Any photographs, film or videotapes taken of me while participating in a YAC and/or any of my comments or statements may be freely used in YAC published materials, and hereby agree to such use.

7) If I wish to withdraw from the YAC, I must do so in writing. I have read the Terms and Conditions regarding refunds.

8) If I have a medical condition which may affect my travel, I will send a confidential letter to YAC describing these conditions.

9) Foreign applicants/Paris-London applicants - I am responsible for obtaining and carrying a current passport. The inability to obtain a passport shall not constitute grounds for cancellation without penalty. The standard refund policy applies.

10) I understand that I will be assigned roommates who are same sex only and may not change rooms with someone of the opposite sex nor may a change be made without prior approval.

11) I understand that no promises are made in regards to work in the entertainment industry or the signing/interest of an agent or manager.

12) As parent/guardian, I request that my son/daughter be permitted to participate in all of the YAC field trip(s). Field trip(s) by way of walking, private car and/or leased transportation. As a condition of being allowed to do so, I hereby release and discharge the YAC, Inspire Me Corp. and all affiliates from any and all claims for personal injuries or property damage that my son/daughter may suffer as a result of participation in the field trip whether or not such injuries or damage are caused by the negligence (active or passive) of the camp or its employees/affiliates. Should it be necessary for my son/daughter to have medical treatment while participating, I hereby give the YAC personnel permission to use their judgment in obtaining medical service. I agree to relieve YAC and other participating adults from any liability in connection with this request.

13) I understand that this agreement is expressly between me and YAC and it cannot be modified by a third party. I understand that YAC is not responsible for third party errors. YAC strictly adheres to its published policies, including those published in the Terms and Conditions.

I understand that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of The State of California.
